Rao has been a steady force in the computer technology field, most recently as the Virtualization Specialist for SoftwareONE, where he managed a $60+ million in Global pipeline for VMware and Citrix. During his tenure at SoftwareONE, he helped grow their VMware practice from $3M to multi-million dollar within 2 years. The biggest accomplishment for Mr. Rao was to win VMware Global Partner of the Year 2015 award. In his new role at All Solutions, Rao will spearhead all global sales and services, while leading the efforts to recruit, mentor and manage the rapidly expanding sales team.
